Film resistance

Excessive film resistance may cause film not in place or cursor deformation, which will affect the scanning effect and lead to relative deviation of pouch-making length. The film resistance is too small, the braking force can not timely offset the feeding inertia force, and the length is not easy to control, resulting in "four side sealing" bag.

For example, when the same pouch making machine produces the back sealing bag, the material is OPP18 // PE25, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the hot surface is 0.338, the pouch making resistance is too large, and the pouch length is different. If the material is ONY17 / 1C7A20/ milky PE65, the dynamic friction coefficient of its hot surface is 0.181, the pouch-making resistance is too small, and the pouch-length phenomenon also appears.

The tightness of the film wrapping specification board is improper. The tighter the wrap, the greater the resistance, but also affect the molding width of the pouch, loosely wrapped, it is easy to appear lax seam, for thin film, in the tension will produce transverse contraction holding the molding plate phenomenon, will make the film resistance is too large.

In addition, when the feeding speed is lower than the feeding speed, it also increases the film walking resistance. At this time, the film pressing strips should be relaxed to check the performance of the feeding part.
