1. Food Type

2. Packaging Requirements

(1) High Oxygen Barrier/High Moisture Barrier: Food has high fat content, which is easily oxidized and deterioration, resulting in bad smell and taste and decreasing its nutritional value. So the food packaging must be high oxygen barrier.

(2) Oil Resistance: Prevents the grease of contents from penetrating to the surface of package.

(3) High Heat Sealability: When filling and packing, the grease of the seasonings will contaminate the heat seal interface. So the packaging must have high sealing performance against impurities.

(4) Good thermal viscosity: It will generate impact on the lower seal when filling, increasing the broken rate.

(5) Good Sealing: If the packaging pouch is broken or there’s a gap in the heal seal, the water and oxygen would seep into the pouch, resulting in food spoilage.

(6) High Peel Strength: There are many additives in the seasonings, some of which are highly permeable. So the adhesive used for packaging should be resistant to media to ensure high peeling strength of the packaging.

(7) High Impact Strength: The packaging pouch would be broken, especially heal seal broken, when a fall occurs. So the packaging film is required high impact strength to prevent the damage in transportation, storage or during shelf life.

(8) Good Heat Resistance: Its available for pasteurization.

(9) Low Residual Solvent: The residual solvent in the packaging film may be slowly seep into the food, so we must minimize the residual solvent in food packaging as possible as we can.

(10) Suitable Right Angle Tearing: It is easy to tear the pouch when use, easy to eat.

(11) Suitable Friction Value: It adapts to the requirements of high speed filling, no running off or slipping, with better opening.

(12) Double-side Code Printing: Both sides of the packaging film can be coded at the same time. QR code can be printed on the front side, easy for customers to scan. And the digital code can be printed on the back side, easy to verity the QR code by digital code. The front and back codes are correspond one to one.
