LD PACK Realize Informatization Upgrading
The project setup meeting of Informatization Upgrading was successfully held by LD PACK and Dingjie Software on June 25, 2024. The members of the board of directors, supervisor and staff representatives from LD PACK and core members of the Dingjie Software participated in this meeting, and jointly opened a new chapter for the informatization operation.

At the beginning of this meeting, Mr. Chen Jianbin, the project manager, introduced the detailed meeting agenda. And then he explained the items of the upcoming informatization upgrading in details, showing a comprehensive understanding of the objectives, implementation steps and expected results of the project to everyone on the scene. Meanwhile, the individuals and teams who performed well in the first phase of the ERP project were recognized for their efforts and contributions to the project progress

Mr. Yuan Yufeng, the project manager of Dingjie Software, elaborated on the implementation method of the project and clarified the role and responsibility of the project team. He stressed that the Dingjie software team will strictly follow the value implementation methodology, to ensure that the project in accordance with the established process of steady progress, from the project start to the mechanism planning, and then to the process and data verification, implementation and operation, until the operation results summary, every step strives for excellence, to ensure the completion of the high quality of the project.
Mr. Chen Xiaomei, general manager of Dingjie Software Guangzhou-Foshan business division, emphasized that the upgrading of ERP system is not only an opportunity for management change, but also a top leadership project, which requires the relevant department leaders to take charge personally to ensure the smooth progress of the project. He called on everyone to keep the original intention, and continue to improve.

Mr. Zhong Jianchang, Managing director of LD PACK, reviewed the company's transformation process since the introduction of ERP system in 2010, and emphasized the strategic significance of information transformation for promoting the group development of the company.
