The spacing between cursors is used to fix the length, so the deviation of its actual spacing and value of calculation must small, normally deviation ≤0.5mm is acceptable. For many automatic packing machines, minus deviation is better than plus deviation in the sense of tracking effect, therefore, a negative deviation is recommended.
Aluminum coated film and pure Aluminum film have a strong specular reflection which would affect the recognition of electric eyes, to solve this problem, it’s recommended to have its composite film printed with white color. For transparent composite film, since it’s easy to be affected by the color of the content packed inside, to reduce the interference causing by the specular reflection of the aluminum film, it’s recommended to have the composite film printed with white color.
